Do you feel held back by experiences you can't seem to move on from? Do you know your goals, but struggle to find the path to get there? Are you looking for a space to better understand yourself, your past, and the person you want to be in the future?
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, and substance use. I am here to help you dive into understanding not only how to grow in the present, but also what pieces have come together to create the person you are today. We don't exist in a vacuum, therefore I take a holistic approach that works with the confluence of mental, social, and cultural factors surrounding each individual.
One of the most difficult parts of therapy is choosing to begin. Congratulations for making it this far. I would be overjoyed to walk alongside you as you continue on this journey of growth and self-love.
Therapy should not be pathologizing. You are accepted in all of the ways that are authentic to you.
I am direct, forward looking, empathetic and a good listener.
Hello! I’m a holistic and integrative Stanford-trained psychiatrist accepting clients for weekly therapy using brainspotting.
Brainspotting actually happens naturally in all great therapy!
Brainspotting is a therapy that doesn’t rely on talking the whole time—instead, it helps access deeper parts of the brain tied to emotion, memory, and instinct. By holding attention on certain spots in your visual field, we can open up access to unresolved feelings or experiences that might not come up through words alone.
Once we get to know one another, we help you enter a light altered state using eye positioning and music and using neuroscience principles and a background in psychedelic therapy, we allow your brain and body to guide you towards resolution. I am Level 1 certified and look forward to working with you!
Hola, bienvenidos! Hello, welcome! My name is Lupe and I am a proud bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained to provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
As the daughter of Mexican immigrants and a first-generation college graduate, I am deeply committed to serving diverse communities with cultural sensitivity and empathy through a Person Centered approach. I understand the stigma that comes with seeking therapy and am proud of you for making the first step towards your mental health journey!
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor (CATC-IV) with over 16 years of experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment. I was certified in 2012 for addiction treatment and licensed in 2022 for mental health. I work with adults navigating substance use and recovery, co-occurring anxiety and depression, and life transitions that impact emotional well-being.
I have particular experience supporting men and members of the LGBTQIA+ community in building sustainable recovery, strengthening emotional resilience, and improving relationship health. My work is grounded in a deep respect for the recovery process and the courage it takes to pursue change. I understand that growth is rarely linear, and I approach each client with patience, steadiness, and practical support.
I provide structured, virtual outpatient therapy for adults managing mild to moderate symptoms who are seeking stability, accountability, and meaningful forward movement. At the heart of my work is a commitment to clarity and care to help clients better understand themselves while feeling respected, supported, and empowered throughout the process.
Hello and welcome. I look forward to working with you. I believe therapy to be a collaborative space for us to look at old patterns that no longer serve you, say thank you for the years of functionality, and welcome to a new way of navigating the world, relationships, and taking care of yourself. My hope is to assist you in creating a narrative that will empower you in the years to come.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, families, the LGBTQIA2S+ community, the neurodiverse community, and the BDSM/Kink community. I also support individuals navigating chronic pain, chronic illness, post-partum experiences, survivors of domestic violence, diversity issues, first-generation issues, trauma, and people in need of assistance with community resourcing. I am fluent in Spanish and I am comfortable conducting therapy in Spanish.
