I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe being honest, imperfect, and fully themselves without fear of judgment. I value clear communication, emotional attunement, and meeting clients where they are rather than rushing the process. My goal is to support you in building insight, confidence, and tools that feel realistic and sustainable for your life.
Hello, I'm so glad you're here.
For the past 13 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've had the privilege of walking alongside adults who feel unsure of themselves—those who wake up with anxiety, struggle through depression, or find themselves questioning their worth and direction. These feelings of uncertainty can be isolating, but they also represent the beginning of important self-discovery. Recently, I completed my PsyD, which has enriched my ability to help clients understand the underlying root causes of their patterns and behaviors. My goal through therapy is to help you discover your inner strengths to overcome life's challenges and promote personal growth.

Hi, I’m Sossity,
For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to help people see how amazing they are. I see everyone as a human being first, followed by their life experiences and the results of them.
I’m a Santa Cruz native, UCSC banana slug alumni, and a California state licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
I began my therapy career working with people experiencing active emergency crises that require immediate care and attention. My time spent in psychiatric facilities, crisis stabilization units, leading out-patient groups, and providing individual therapy has given me great empathy, compassion, and an in-depth feeling of connectedness to the human experience.
