Hi, I'm Riley Naylor, and I'm so glad you're here! I received my Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University, and for the past four years, I've dedicated myself to supporting women through some of life's toughest challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore their feelings and find the resources they need to thrive.
My approach to therapy is rooted in positivity and strength-based techniques. I focus on building on the unique strengths of each individual, helping them navigate life's stressors and transitions. Whether you're dealing with childhood or adolescent development issues, career counseling, or work-life balance, I'm here to support you. I have a particular passion for helping parents manage the unique dynamics of family life and supporting those experiencing chronic illness and medical gaslighting.
I have specialized training and certifications for adult trauma that is based in some of the best research and most qualified practitioners in our field.
As a former art teacher, I love incorporating art and creativity into my sessions. I find that creative expression can be a powerful tool for processing emotions and life experiences. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where you feel comfortable asking the hard questions and exploring new ways to advocate for yourself.
When you work with me, you can expect a collaborative and empathetic approach. I'm here to listen, support, and guide you as you work towards your goals.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy exploring my own creative pursuits and spending time with my family. These personal experiences enrich my work and help me connect with my clients on a deeper level
If you're ready to take the next step in your journey, I'm here to help. Let's work together to build a brighter, more fulfilling future
I work well with young adults to seniors who are leery about seeking help, feel coaxed into counseling, or who have had bad experiences in the past. I strive to make you feel comfortable so you can be honest with me - and yourself - about your problems, mood complaints, or substance use.
I have a special interest in working with individuals with disordered eating and problematic substance use, as well as the mood disorders and trauma history that almost always accompanies.
Respecting your culture, empowering you: individuals, couples, families; providing guidance and advice to solve your own problems.
