I offer therapy services to women who are looking to reduce daily stress, cultivate thriving relationships, deepen self-understanding, and find peace with their past. I am passionate about helping women, especially fellow healthcare providers, who wish to feel and function better in the present while navigating the challenges of everyday life. With nearly 10 years in the field, I thoughtfully integrate my clinical expertise, personal insights, and practical tools to help you navigate challenges, uncover resilience, and create a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
Great to meet you!Hi! I’m Dr. Jessica Torres, and I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the step to seek support can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know that reaching out is courageous. I have 18 years of counseling experience and over 30 years in education, supporting women, adolescents, and couples through major life transitions. I specialize in helping women find their voice, rebuild self-esteem, and move forward with grace after divorce, abuse, infertility, career changes, and identity shifts. I also work with adolescents (middle and high school, girls and boys) navigating anxiety, depression, anger, grief, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, LGBTQ+ concerns, and eating or behavioral issues. Additionally, I support couples navigating relationship transitions, communication struggles, and family-building stressors.
You may be feeling overwhelmed—like no matter what you try, the tension at home keeps building, your teen seems more distant, or anxiety and sadness are quietly taking over. Maybe it’s hard to talk without things turning into arguments, or your child is acting out in ways that feel unfamiliar. If you're exhausted by conflict, silence, or emotional disconnection, you're not alone. I help adolescents and families navigate depression, anxiety, behavioral struggles, trauma, and relationship challenges with care and clarity.
I give you the tools to communicate more effectively, re-establish connection, rebuild trust, and recover after betrayal. I also help you heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and sex & love addiction.
I received my PhD from Columbia University and did a Postdoc at Johns Hopkins University. I am an expert in the field as evidenced by my speaking engagements on TV, radio, and conferences. I have also taught at several universities and have published in peer-reviewed journals.
I have been working for over 20 years in mental health and work well with adults with issues of depression and anxiety. I am licensed in the state of Florida and have a Master's Degree in Social Work. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused approaches to improve self-esteem to conquer your emotions, build healthier coping mechanisms and help you deal with your thoughts.
Tired of suggestions of gratitude lists? I dive deep in my counseling style and seek to help you put the work in. My goal is to provide high-quality and accessible care.
Hi, I’m Ashlie Larimore, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I earned my master’s degree in counseling from Troy University and have spent several years working with children, teens, and adults in both outpatient settings and inpatient crisis care.
Because of my background, I’m comfortable supporting people through everything from everyday stress and overwhelm to life’s heavier moments. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, ADHD concerns, life transitions, grief, and family or relationship challenges.
I believe therapy should feel supportive, safe, and real - not awkward, intimidating, or overly formal. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan when you start. Showing up is enough.
Hi, I’m Dr. Corinne Scholtz. I’ve been a Marriage and Family Therapist for over a decade, and for most of that time I’ve worked with individuals and couples who feel stuck in familiar emotional and relational patterns - anxiety that won’t quiet, relationships that feel disconnected or tense, or a sense that something inside is ready for deeper change, even if it’s hard to name.
I earned my Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and have been in private practice since 2011. Over the years, I’ve learned that lasting change rarely comes from insight alone - it comes from creating safety in the nervous system, understanding patterns at a deeper level, and gently expanding our capacity to experience ourselves and our relationships differently.
This understanding is what led me to specialize in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). When thoughtfully and ethically integrated into therapy, ketamine can open a powerful window for healing - softening defenses, quieting anxiety, and allowing new perspectives and emotional experiences to emerge. I work with individuals and couples who are curious, reflective, and ready to engage in meaningful inner work, whether they are navigating relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions.
My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you - helping you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, build capacity and compassion for yourself, and translate these experiences into real, sustainable change in your everyday life and relationships.
Hi! I am a fully licensed mental health therapist. I have been in the business of helping people for over 15 years. I am direct and solution oriented, but will not rush the process.
