Therapy with me isn’t about endlessly rehashing your past without a plan. It’s about creating real momentum. Yes, I’ll listen deeply—because your story matters—but I won’t stop there. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and I’ll show you exactly how to challenge them with evidence-based tools that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Every session is designed to give you something solid: a breakthrough insight, a practical strategy, a new way of seeing yourself that leaves you feeling just a little more capable, a little more hopeful, and a lot more empowered.
This is therapy with traction. We’ll get into the hard stuff—but we’ll also focus on what’s next. I’ll help you build skills to regulate your emotions, navigate relationships, set boundaries, quiet that inner critic, and stop repeating the same frustrating cycles. Ultimately, I believe we are all human—doing our best to live meaningful lives in a beautiful yet challenging world. I practice with this mindset and with the belief in our innate capacity to heal when given the right support and guidance. My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centered. I view my clients as the experts in their own lives, holding the answers within themselves. While finding this path can be difficult, with the right support, growth and transformation are truly possible.
I am a licensed therapist in New Jersey (LPC) and New York (LMHC), with specialized training in the treatment of trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. I am certified to provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to help reduce symptoms of depression, trauma, and other forms of emotional distress. Additionally, I am certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)—a therapeutic intervention that supports nervous system regulation through filtered music.
I hold a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Forensics and Addiction, as well as additional certification in trauma treatment. With over ten years of experience in the field, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices in my work. My experience spans diverse settings, including hospitals, clinics, and private practice.
