I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and hold my clinical licensure in the state of North Carolina. I have spent much of my career serving those at end of life and also have experience assisting caregivers, those in transitional phases of life, and those who are bereaved. As a mother, I am invested in the wellness of all mothers and women and feel deep appreciation for the way mothers show up for countless others before themselves. I look forward to learning how I can walk alongside you in this journey.
As an an expert in relationships and sexual intimacy, as well as life's harder moments, when things feel bleak or it is hard to trust that things will work out again, I am here for you. I am empathic, patient, thoughtful, challenging, and an out of the box thinker offering a steady hand to steer you toward your highest path. I am driven by your goals and act as an accountability partner and friendly ally on your journey to seek pleasure, change, and empowerment. I believe there is opportunity in crisis (big and small) and that you are here because you know what it is you need. Let me help you recover your true SELF.
I have been employed in various roles in the Social work field for over 14 years but have served as a Licensed Clinician for the last six years. I love to help others become the best versions of themselves and meet their goals, which is why I love this field. I have experience working with various populations, including couples, military service members, military spouses, children and adolescents, LGBTQ, and individuals.
