I like to incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness into my work.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and certified in addictions (ICAADC) with years of experience working with individuals facing substance use, trauma, mood disorders, and major life transitions. I'm bilingual (English/Spanish), culturally competent, and bring deep compassion and professionalism to every session. Clients appreciate my direct, honest approach that still feels safe, supportive, and empowering. I believe that healing is possible with the right tools, guidance, and trust.
I am a strong advocate for individuals who feel misunderstood, marginalized, or impacted by stigma. I work with adults who are ready to stop suffering in silence and begin the process of healing and recovery from mental health concerns and/or substance use disorders.
One of my greatest assets is, I Recognize Un-Nurtured Pain. I have 17 years of experience as a clinical counselor. I deem myself an energetic, empathetic, resourceful, and compassionate counseling professional with proven ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I fully grasp the emotional and residual effects of how unresolved childhood issues, chemical substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, and PTSD impact one’s daily life. Moreover, the low self-esteem, decreased self-worth, powerlessness, and hopelessness those issues incite.

My goal is to provide the safe space you need to open yourself up and be vulnerable. I work with ages 18 and above, with a focus on those who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, life transitions, and have a special interest in both grief work and women's issues.
