I take a slow, mindful, and relational approach to the therapeutic process. We live in a world where things move quite quickly, in such a way where slowing down can feel scary. But it can also be a great act of resistance. In the therapy room, you will have ample time to explore while I offer presence and guidance along the way. If you and I were to be on a road trip, you are behind the wheel while I help to navigate from the passenger seat
Have you ever felt like you're accomplishing everything but still feel unfulfilled or unsatisfied? Do you give so much of yourself to others that little is left for you at the end of the day? Does your child's behaviors (fighting, defiance, truancy, argumentative) leave you wondering what's really going on beneath the surface. It just might be time to take a deeper look.
I’m Tiana Welch, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, providing telehealth therapy for children, teens, and young adult/adult women. With six years of experience, I have supported clients facing many challenges, including mental health concerns, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. My passion lies in helping children, teens, and families take a deeper look at behaviors to uncover the root causes, and in supporting young adult and adult women as they peel back the layers of perfectionism, burnout, and societal expectations to reconnect with their true selves.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy attending Pilates and spin classes, coloring, painting, reading, and exploring new creative hobbies like learning to sew (this month).

You don’t have to navigate life changes alone here. Many of the adults and older adults supported in this space are balancing a lot. Career demands, family responsibilities, caregiving roles, or major transitions that quietly shift everything. On the outside, things may look steady. Inside, there may be questions, fatigue, or a sense of feeling untethered. Therapy here is a place to pause, breathe, and begin making sense of what comes next. This work is calm, thoughtful, and collaborative. There is no pressure to perform or to have the right answers. Sessions focus on slowing things down, understanding what is happening emotionally and internally, and finding clarity during times of change. Together, the goal is to build practical tools that help life feel more manageable and aligned again.
