I love working with children, teens, and adults.
I work with people who struggle with anxiety, trauma, or postpartum depression.
I am from a family of firefighters, so I have a special empathy for first responders.
I use CBT to help clients reframe unhelpful thought patterns and take control of their thoughts.
I earned my undergraduate degree in English Literature and a Specialization in Creative Writing and a Minor in Studio Art from Southern Methodist University. I earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of North Texas at Dallas.
As a therapist, I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and full of hope. I believe that everyone has the ability to create change in their life — sometimes we just need the right tools and someone to walk beside us. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with confidence and self-compassion
Former teacher + school counselor turned therapist.
I’ve spent 12 years supporting teens—first as a teacher, then as a school counselor—and now I help young people build resilience and grow through life’s challenges. I’ve walked alongside adolescents and young adults through real‐life ups and downs.
Welcome! I feel especially passionate about working with adults and couples who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, major life transitions, divorce or separation, parenting, anger, unhealthy relationships, self-esteem, or other challenges. My background is in mental and behavioral health, education, and community psychology.
