My goal is to help you overcome the challenges you are facing in a safe and comfortable environment to help you improve your quality of life. My passion is helping those with substance use disorders, including alcohol and opioid use disorder, safely detox from the substances and work towards a meaningful and long-lasting recovery. With a decade of experience serving a wide range of patients I am a dual-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
Welcome to my practice! I’m Sydney Rosen, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner offering telehealth appointments, specializing in anxiety, depression and mood disorders like bipolar. You can look forward to seeing actual progress in your mental health goals. Whether it's making sure your meds are working right, dealing with any side effects, or just feeling better overall. I combine medication management with integrative methods—like vitamin supplementation and genetic testing—for care that fits you perfectly.
I am a bilingual Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, patient-centered mental health care in both English and Spanish. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe mental health care should be collaborative, and I work closely with each person to understand their unique experiences, challenges, and goals.

My name is Dr. Perpetua Ezeh-Aideyan, a Board-Certified Psychiatrist, and I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck. Some have tried therapy or medication before; others are reaching out for the first time. What they truly want is to feel like themselves again—to find peace, clarity, and stability. I’m here to offer compassionate, professional support and to walk alongside them on their path to healing and growth.
This is a telehealth practice. As a personal choice, the use of narcotics or other controlled (DEA) meds are minimal, if any. I've been a psych nurse practitioner for at least 14yrs. I believe in managing conditions with psychiatric and non-psychiatric treatment modalities that are evidence based. The use of the least amount of meds, at lower doses that does the healing of symptoms, is an active process involving the client and based on the reported experiences. Safety is the core of my practice and my job is to help clients understand internal signals and how to prevent another crisis.
