I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Niyama Integrative Therapy. I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and complex relational patterns. Many of the clients I work with are capable and high-functioning on the outside, while internally carrying chronic stress, unresolved trauma, or emotional exhaustion. You may be navigating burnout, relationship strain, identity shifts, or long-standing family dynamics that still shape how you move through the world.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist. My approach to therapy is adaptable and largely dependent on the client's needs. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection and I enjoy discovering unique approaches to mindfulness that are best suited to each individual client.
I have experience treating clients of all ages. I have experience treating mood disorders, PTSD, gender transition, families, sleep issues, Autism, anger issues, men's issues, career counseling, life transitions, addiction, and grief. I am certified in Psychedelic Assisted therapy. I am available for integration sessions as well as Ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
I have an open, casual style to help clients feel at ease and open to letting me hold space for them. I am intuitive about matching my energy to the client's. We could be laughing one minute and crying the next. Sometimes you want to vent, sometimes you want to problem solve, and I am here to support you
Hello and welcome! I’m Chloe Lucas, LMFT, and I’m here to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings, challenges, and experiences. Whether you’re navigating trauma, managing anxiety, or seeking connection, I’m here to help you uncover new pathways to healing and growth.
Are you tired of feeling sad, tired and angry? Noticing strain on your relationships or disconnected from your purpose? You aren't alone, I accept you right where you are. Let's treat what is at the root of your symptoms. Trauma isn’t just “in your head", it’s stored in your body & nervous system. Together, we’ll acknowledge & accept where you are, process what’s stuck, & make room for who you want to be.
I work with adults who want to get back in touch with what is most important to them to feel more connected to themselves and others. I can share techniques to manage anxiety, overcome past & present challenges, connect more authentically with others, and identify skills that will help you succeed in school, work and life. If you are struggling with trauma, grief, depression/anxiety or other mental/emotional stress, we will work together to find the tools that best support your well-being.
I work with young women, millennials, teen girls, and young couples. I can support you to help build boundaries, work on relationships, learn coping skills to deal with anxiety & stress, talk through life changes & challenges, big decisions, small decisions, or anything else. I focus on family dynamics, generational patterns, and helping you choose the best steps to take moving forward.
I’m a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience in private and community practice. I hold a PhD in psychology and master’s degrees in both marriage and family therapy and clinical psychopharmacology. I work at the intersection of psychology, natural medicine, and meaningful personal change to support clients suffering form individual and relational distress resulting from treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and trauma. I’m especially interested in the responsible integration of natural and psychedelic medicines, without hype or dogma. Outside the office, I’m a veteran, husband, and father of four, and I value curiosity, accountability, and connection.
My work is a gentle invitation to the weary soul. I offer a safe space for you to come home to yourself, guided by my own deep-seated belief in the power of peace. Outside of my practice, I find my own peace in the quiet moments of my day—baking a loaf of bread, walking on the beach, or simply listening to the gentle sound of the ocean.
My training includes an MA in Counseling from Naropa University where I specialized in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling and continuing education in Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Psychedelic Medicine. I am an EMDR-trained therapist.
