I’m a counselor with 18 years of experience working with people of all ages, including children, teens, adults, and older adults. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, grief, trauma and PTSD, career challenges, school issues, self-esteem, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next step, and they’re looking for a place where they can finally feel understood.
My style is often described as authentic, intelligent, and inspiring. I’ve worked in many different mental health settings including schools, inpatient and outpatient programs, juvenile detention, universities, prisons, and private practice. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how people’s needs change throughout life.
My goal is to meet you where you are and help you build the tools you need to move forward with more confidence and peace.

Many individuals are overwhelmed by these issues and are having a difficult time finding a "new normal."
I have 30 plus years of behavioral healthcare experience. I like to tailor my approach to meet each individual with his or her needs.
I work to approach therapy first of all with warmth, recognizing that emotional resonance is the primary engine of a healing relationship. I work to help my clients attune to the hurts associated with their inner child wounds, which lead to the fragmentation of the self, through cultivating the strength of their whole and healthy integrated self.
The strongest thing someone can do is ask for and accept help.
